Our classes are full-body workouts incorporating all the latest fitness tools to keep things fresh and new. First class is always free! Try out 1 week of classes for $25, or a 3-pack of personal training sessions for $139 individual or $199 partner training.

Please click HERE to register for classes. You will need to fill out your profile info including your email and credit card information. Then after you choose a class to attend, you will see a "register as UNPAID" button on the left to sign up for classes. Please note that is it our policy that you must sign yourself out if you cannot make it to class or you will be charged a $15 drop in fee as class space is limited and fills up fast!
